| LITIR Project on Victorian Fiction | |
| HOME LITIR (Literary Information and Retrieval) Database, a project on Victorian Studies, was launched at the University of Alberta Department of English in February 1981 by Dr. Brahma Chaudhuri. The main purpose of the project was to produce a comprehensive database covering information on every publication about the Victorian period from 1945 to the present. That goal was accomplished with the publication of Cumulative Bibliography of Victorian Studies: 1945-2004 and Victorian Database Online: 1945-2007. After the retirement of the founding editor, the administrative office of the project was moved to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The project operates on a not-for-profit but cost-covering basis. Board of Advisers:
