TERMS AND CONDITIONS: (1) On payment of initial set up
fee, the customer receives a license to use Victorian Fiction Online for
a period of one year, under Payment Plan A and three years under Payment
Plan B, unless renewed, counted from 30 days after the initial set up.
(2) Renewal invoice / reminder will be sent ninety days prior to renewal
date. (3) Payment for renewal must be received at least thirty days prior
to renewal date for continuity of online access. (4) Fresh set up fee
of CDN $350 applies to restore access if renewal is not made or continuity
disrupted. (5) These terms and conditions are in conjunction with or in
addition to those specified under the Licensing Agreement.
